Jeff + Ashley: Engaged

I have decided that the holidays is maybe not the best time to swear to become a better blogger lol...

Jeff and Ashley are awesome, we actually just got to photograph their wedding this past Thanksgiving weekend! It was so beautiful, I love both of them! Here are just a couple of my favorite pictures we got during their mini engagement shoot we did right before their wedding. These guys have two of the happiest and joyful spirits ever, and you can tell immediately just how much they both love each other.

At the end of the session we headed out to Gate's Pass to grab just a few more pictures as the sun set since that is where Jeff proposed, and I'm so glad we did because we got some awesome photos!

Sarah + Dave: Married

Sarah and Dave got married at one of my FAVORITE locations in southern Arizona, Tubac Golf Resort . The property is seriously gorgeous and there are so many many places to take pictures there I could just shoot all day without running out of ideas. Joey and I have had so much fun getting to know Sarah and Dave and I just couldn't wait for the wedding. But enough talk, lets see some photos....

Dave and Sarah decided to see each other before their wedding which I always love since it gives us plenty of time to relax and wander around leisurely taking photos instead of doing a mad rush after the ceremony. But I'll write a blog post about that another time... ;)

Boldly Going Where No Photographer Has Gone Before....

Ok so that was cheesy, but Joey and I had SOOOO much fun dressing up this Halloween as Star Trek characters I just had to share a quick picture we snagged at the party we went to! I worked hard all week sewing the costumes from scratch and I'm so stoked about how well they came out! I was inspired since Joey bought me the entire first season of the original star trek series for my birthday and I've been watching them non-stop. I never realized just how big a trekkie fan I really am until now, but it's ok I'm learning to embrace my inner geek.



Is it wrong that now I want to dress up in them again and go to one of the trekkie conventions!?

Ben + Megan - Allenspark Colorado

Ok, where to start with this wedding! I was so stoked when I got an e-mail from Ben wanting to talk to us about his wedding in Colorado, because:

1) Any excuse to get out of the Arizona heat is awesome.

and

2) Because Ben was a groomsmen at Amy and Austin's awesome wedding that I photographed last year, and if you are a friend of theirs you're pretty much guaranteed to be awesome as well. And they totally are.

So we were super super super excited for this wedding, and it sure didn't let us down! Everything was just so perfect and the location was just gorgeous. AND to top everything off one of my best friends and photographer Timco came along to help me out as a second shooter on this one!  But enough with the talk, I'm pretty sure this mammoth post can sum up how awesome it was without me talking any more! :)
