Jenna + Cody = The longest blog post ever!

The long awaited post is finally here! I'm still buried under a HUGE pile of work right now, but wanted to go through and pull out some of my favorites to share with you all... that and I think Jenna was about ready to pop from how bad she wanted to see them! But then I started going through the photos and just couldn't narrow it down! I like so many of them... so I thought, why not just share them all!

Joey and I had SO much fun at this wedding... and I have decided that Jenna and I are long lost twins from a former life.

The Facts:

#1: We both loved riding quads as kids and going as fast as we could...
#2: We both share the same birthday as our father-in-law's...
#3: Both of our hubbys had to fix our car batteries on our first date...

How crazy is that!

Anyway, back to the wedding... we really did have a blast and everything was so beautiful that it made my job SUPER easy. I also had the pleasure of having the talented Laura Siivola which was awesome! I've never had a third person tag along with us before and it was so nice... I didn't have to run around like a crazy person all day, I think I could get used to that! But enough talk... let's get to the photos!

I *loved* Jenna's dress, it was so vintage chic.... I'm also pretty proud of that ring shot, I know I've said it before but it's hard to get those things to balance all pretty like that!

You already know how much I like shoes...

Laura took that awesome photo on the left... I love it!

Isn't Jenna just drop dead gorgeous! She totally rocked the Vouge pose I threw at her!

Jenna and Cody decided to see each other before the wedding so we'd have lots of time for pictures. I'm in love with Jenna's laugh/smile... you'll see a lot of them in this post, it's just so cute!

I <3 this photo... I've always wanted to take one like it and and was so excited when I saw Jenna had the perfect veil for it!

Cody was rockn' the GQ face as well...

We had some AWESOME cloud cover on their wedding day, if you're from Arizona you'll understand why that's so exciting...

Cody and his boys working the camera...

And of course the girls couldn't be shown up! I love this pic!

Another happy Jenna laugh...

Cody's mom is a wedding coordinator and she did an AMAZING job helping Jenna plan out all the little details for their wedding...

How cute is this?

Here comes the bride...

Have I mentioned I like Jenna's smile?

Makin' it legal...

Jenna and Cody had these two big yellow busses to caravan all the guests to the cabin where the reception was. How fun is that!

As the guests arrived everyone was given slippers to wear for the evening...

First dance...

I love this shot I was able to get from the balcony!

Jenna and her dad by me... and Cody and his mom by Laura

Laura took this picture of the cabin so you can see what the outside looked like, it's so big!

There was some pretty funny dance moves happening during the evening...

Thank you so much Jenna and Cody for letting us be the ones to capture your day, you were so amazingly awesome!

Group Shoot In Bisbee!

Wow, this has been a CRAZY BUSY month! But luckily it's almost over and I'm leaving it with some awesome photographs! This past weekend I put together a little group shoot for a bunch of AZ photographers to come out have fun and just be creative. Sometimes it's nice to do a shoot when you don't have to worry about getting a good photo, you can just go crazy and there is no stress. So it was a lot of fun to run around town with some of my past brides, future ones, models and a whole group of crazy photographers. They even persevered through the thunderstorm that took the town by force! We all got a little wet but had a ton of fun. But enough talk here are a few of the photos I just HAD to show you now... the rest will have to wait till later...

L•O•V•E :)

Amber is one of my past brides who is now my bestest friend ever! Not to mention she makes a super hot model!

I love how when I say: "run out in the middle of that street and twirl around in circles" she didn't even think twice about traffic... ha!

July and Jeremy are one of my future bride's and groom's, I'm doing their engagement shoot next month but couldn't resist having them come join us in Bisbee, they are just too cute to pass up! Aren't I a lucky duck!

Ok so this next one has a little story... so I was best friends with the next model's lil sis when we were in like jr. high and high school and since then her big sis Lauren got married (to one of my youth leaders from high school! What a small world it is!) and has also started a photography company Creative Image By Lauren and when she heard we were doing the shoot asked if they could come along! Anyway.... since by the time I got to work with them it was an absolute downpour in Bisbee we hit the road back to Tucson and stopped in Tombstone to grab some shots of them. So here are my favs from my time with Shaun And Lauren.

100th Blog Post!

Yeah!!!

Where have I been you might ask!?

Things around here have been crazy! July was certainly full of many ups and downs for us. Angela is doing and feeling much better, her and Jason decided to have a small ceremony last weekend and get married in light of everything that has happened so Joey and I were up there helping them out. I've been SUPER busy working on all the amazing photos I've had the opportunity to photograph over that past couple months and hopefully will get some blogs up about them soon, you won't want to miss them! Also, my little sis is getting married next sunday! So we have been running around helping her out with things as well. So yeah, things have been pretty crazy and insane for us the past month so hopefully August will be a little kinder on us!

Jordan + Miriam • E-Session

Ahhh!!! I feel like it's been forever since I posted any of my own pictures! But, I finally put the finishing touches on Jordan and Miriam's pictures and I am super stoked to share them with you! I'm also super excited about their wedding later this year since it will be my first Jewish ceremony... I can't wait!

Anyway, here are some of my favorite pics from their e-session

We started off at De Grazia I just love the light in this room!

Then we headed over to the historic Arizona Inn for some photos where I learned two things about Miriam... she like's bright colors and LOTS of flowers! :)

I think these two might be my favorites from the day...

After that we went downtown for just a couple shots... Miriam had the cutest little outfits all day long!

And finished up the day at the Jewish Community Center

Thanks for looking :)
